  1. Literally fell apart twice in 10 minutes. I was super excited to receive this but am really sad and disappointed to report that despite it being made of a very ‘durable metal’ the ornament fell apart twice in less than 10 minutes after first opening it. The saucer dish seems to sort of snap off so I thought maybe that was intentional, but then one of the engines popped off. I’m currently trying to decide if I’m going to send it back or just add some super glue to secure it. I would like to have it for my space themed tree but it’s too…

  2. It’s… OK As others have noted, the voice is not the original HAL. It’s off just enough to notice. The red light doesn’t look the original or the package, it’s a point of red instead of a red glow. It didn’t come with the hanging chain either.I hope it’s easy to open, I might take a shot at modifying it.

  3. Overpriced Enterprise Not impressed with the quality of the Enterprise, pulled it out of the box and the nacelles were bent and uneven. I was able to bend them back into place with a suspiciously small amount of force, feeling like they’d snap off if put through any more bending. For 40 damn dollars for a simple metal model you’d think it’d at least be sturdy.
