One Big Problem I like the way it loads, much easier than the Cuisinart it replaced – that was tough to get water into. Easy to use and the carafe works well. The problem is it always overflows grounds into the coffee. Looking at their support it says to use brand-name filters to solve this. I am using the Melitta filters from Amazon which is a huge maker of filters. After I finish with the 600 I bought (in a couple of years) I will try another. I doubt I will update this either way. Good pot for the price Pro’s and Cons:Pro’s first. 1.The coffee is really hot and stays hot long. 2. Huge opening to pour water which is really nice.Cons: 1. A little Noisy. 2. Takes 15 to 20 Minutes to make the full pot.Overall for this price and how nice and HOT the coffee comes out I would buy another one.
