BEWARE!!! NOT ALL DERMAROLLERS ARE MADE THE … BEWARE!!! NOT ALL DERMAROLLERS ARE MADE THE SAME!I have used dermarollers for over 3 years. This one gave me very small cuts on my face from the second use! This is not the quality that a dermaroller should be.I was not sure if it was this that did the cut, so I tried it a third time, and I got another cut!Again, I have used dermarollers in the dermatologist’s office as well as at home for years, and this is a cheap imitator!
Good Length for Beginners + Tips and Tricks The dermaroller is as described. I am new to dermarolling and decided to start with the .25 mm needle length. I think this length is good for general improvement of product penetration in the skin. If you have nice skin already and would like to incorporate this into your beauty routine, this length is enough, maybe .5 would be a bit better. It doesn’t hurt when rolling, and I push a bit hard into the skin. For more dramatic results (ex: correcting acne scars), this length needle alone would not be adequate. I would gradually move up to .5 then .75 mm and so forth over time for more serious skin correction.Here’s some tips I have for dermarolling: test rolling on your hand to see if you’re allergic, use Vitamin C serum and non-comedogenic moisturizer, DO NOT roll on active acne (this will spread bacteria and make you break out more), pick up the dermaroller off the skin in between strokes, sanitize the dermaroller before and after use (I soak it in rubbing alcohol and…
AMAZING RESULTS I am not one to usually write reviews but I could not keep these results to myself. After struggling with how to get rid of the small “bumps” on my face I gave this a try. The pictures included are only about 2 hours apart! I can’t wait to see the results after a week!
