Excellent product! Works beautifully! I was a little on the fence about purchasing a laptop from a site like this but it works just like the one I got from Walmart! Bad computer. Donât buy. UPDATE:I called to attempt to return this computer and would explain what was going on, they would ask me dozens of questions, I would answer them only to be told the needed to transfer me to better assist me. I was transferred over 5 times and spent over an hour and a half on the phone with no resolution. I am highly disappointed in Amazon.
