We could not get this laptop to do anything other … We could not get this laptop to do anything other than check email out of the box. It attempted to do Windows 10 updates and 10 other updates for various drivers. We have decent wifi and it would attempt to download for hours and no progress even attempted some updates overnight and they all ended up failing. We called HP and they said they could not help us that they thought this was a software problem. None of our warranties covered that. I had purchased the 2 year extended warranty as well…
Returned it It wasn’t a bad computer but the keyboard did not light up and after about 2 weeks the hard drive crashed and would not reboot. I returned this computer but have had success with HP’s in the past.
