The “pillow” is like an infinity scarf with a light layer in between BEWARE: This is not what I thought it was going to be. The “pillow” is like an infinity scarf with a light layer in between. It does NOT provide neck support in forward, left or right position on an airplane. It is by no means meant to hold your neck in position. In fact, it felt awkward to use as it wraps around my neck like a scarf in the middle of summer – and it is not comfortable enough to fall asleep with. It doesn’t hold your neck. It just provides cushion and warmth and a bit of sound muffling. NOT WORTH THE PRICE, if you are a light sleeper especially. I feel cheated.
