In everything I could read about this machine there is no mention about replacement filters only that they should be replaced every 90 pots of coffee made. The machine will honk at you when filters need replacement. Only thing I found is that generic Cuisinart filters will work which remains to be seen. I have 90 days to find out.
Makes good hot coffee I read many reviews and was worried about some of the problems that others had identified. But there were also many good reviews, so I decided to try it. Call me lucky!! The coffee pot was delivered in just a few days as opposed to the 7 to 10 day delivery I expected. The coffee maker is nice looking and durable. I made my first pot of coffee and was pleasantly surprised. Kenmore must have been listening to all the complaints and evidently fixed them. No leaks when you pour the coffee…
Best looking brewer, but be careful of steam burns…. This is by far the best looking brewer I have ever owned. I was super impressed with the design and the programming was fairly easy to do without the manual. The coffee was a bit stronger than my previous brewer made, so you can lay back on the amount of coffee. However, be careful pouring, the steam comes out at the handle and lid connection so much that you could get a steam burn. Dont put your thumb on the lid’s lip and you will be ok.
