Paperback Version Poor Editing – table of contents doesn’t match. Poor editing. Does cranberry goat cheese bombs on page 87 sound good? But on page 87 is pizza bites!Filter through reviews – as of today’s date 11/2018 – I’m the only review of the paperback version.In less than 1 minute I was able to find the initial printing error that begins on page 44. Instruction #6 ran into the next page. For the number of mismatched pages after page 44, I’m assuming this happens more than once. Yep, page 46 and 52.The author purports that the cookbook includes “main info about Keto diet” which I didn’t find. A few paragraphs of an intro would have been great.I don’t use artificial sweeteners or stevia. Unfortunately, I never thought about a book with sweet Keto recipes that half require this ingredient. I would love to have some basic sweetener info – what it is, how to find it (liquid/dry), options?? I have no idea what the difference between sucralose (for spiced pb bombs) vs stevia (used most often). What is 6…

White Chocolate has returned to my ketogenic life! I like it! Nice to have this book here! I like it! I cant say enough good things about this book. The one thing I missed most on keto was white chocolate, white chocolate mochas, and cookies. I messed up on the white chocolate recipe and got the wrong coconut product. I needed powder and thought I got powder but it was just really really condense coconut milk. i had melted the cacao butter down already so i said oh to hell with it and made it anyway. So they can only be eaten frozen but I found another great use for them – toss them in my coffee! These white chocolate fat bombs, mct oil and coffee …its a power house of insane energy with no crash. I am eating some of this white chocolate right now as I type this. Great book!

Brilliant! Great book! Love it! So much hard data to convince me to start eating this way. Not so much a “diet” as a way of living. I am now eating 5 days a week and fasting ( eating minimally – 500 calories) on Monday and Thursday. I am losing weight and enjoying my food consumption more. As a “Foodie” I love eating delicious food and wine, but I also want and need to stay at a healthy weight. This gives me the freedom to do that. I am losing weight and getting back to what I always considered my normal weight, when I was in my thirties when my weight never varied much. I still have a way to go to get my weight back to that but it is dropping. I have been eating and fasting for a month and a half. I have lost over 10 lbs. Nice one! Amazing to read it !
