Finally!! Finally a machine that will make a pot or single with a programable feature. This is what I have been waiting on. I had a cuisinart ss-15 that did the same thing, except two of them quit working after 3 months. So, I replaced it with this Keurig K-Duo. Disappointed I love Keurig coffee and the single serve is as good as ever. The carafe is extremely disappointing. It is virtually impossible to pour from the pot without coffee running all over the counter. It seems that this is one of the more basic design issues and it is inexcusable. Additionally, it seems hard to maintain a consistent quality of coffee from pot to pot. The $80 pot that I replaced did a much better job!
