I found a piece of plastic on the inside that had broken off and a 1-800 number that was displayed for working through the maintenance issues. Still works 🙂 I bought this item more then 2 years ago and use it daily in a one person household. It still works w/o any flaws. I had to clean it a couple of times in order for it to brew again but that’s very easy and doesn’t take long. The only thing I noticed is that some “cheaper” K-Cups will not work bc apparently the bottom of these K-Cups is maybe a little bit too thick and therefore the machine isn’t able to punch the hole in it. This rarely happens though and I rather blame the Cups on this and not…
