WE ARE BEING SCAMMED! I normally purchase this product from my salon. I recently ordered it on amazon because I had run out before my next appointment. The product was securely wrapped, but when I opened it, the cap was lose and the outside of the bottle was sticky. It was about half full. I assumed the product had spilled.
