It was a little confusing to pick up on the … It was a little confusing to pick up on the way that they teach you in this book; having taken Spanish all throughout high school & college, I was taught to learn foreign languages a different way. I’m sure this would work well for someone who isn’t familiar w/ learning foreign languages in a school setting. I honestly learned more of the language by immersing myself in the culture in Italy than by trying to read this book. Your learning experience might be different, though!

Don’t waste your money Don’t waste your money. There are much better books out there. Most bothersome to me was the fact that the editing is so bad. The spacing, columns and tables are so far off that they are unusable. All Italian words are in all caps! Frequent errors throughout.Again, there are much better options: try Living Language- Italian, for example…

There are a few typos in some of the words … There are a few typos in some of the words which thanks to my previous study of Italian, I caught right away; however someone with no previous background would not catch the errors, and would possible learn some wrong words. In my opinion this 7 day crash course would only be successful if the student has already studied another romance language previously.
