This should be required reading for every American The authors not only cover rhetoric and introductory formal logic, but they apply it, throughout the book, to issues in contemporary America. After reading this book, you will never be able to take a newspaper, news program, advertisement, or political message at face value again.
Five Stars This book is used for my son’s Contemporary class at school. Conforms to the English department’s expectations.
Awesome academic text This book gives a considerable outlook on political jargon and reasons behind why politicians craft their words in their methodical fashion. The book was in fantastic condition and with few marks.
