Overall, it’s a great product, perhaps slightly creamier (?) than the lipstick itself. The best match for MAC Ruby Woo lipstick. Mac Ruby Woo is my go to matte red lipstick. There is a reason it is one of the most popular colors. I was pairing it with all my other lip liners, but could not get the exact match. Well, the exact match is Ruby Woo lip pencil. What I like about this is if I want daytime Ruby Woo, i just use the pencil and blot it to fill in my lip. Then use a sheer gloss over it. If I want the full effect, use it with the Ruby Woo lipstick.
