Healthy way to fight hunger Being on a limited income and having limited appliances for cooking and storing. A small refrigerator and a microwave I have a problem with being able to buy enough food to get me through the month. Manitoba hemp seeds are a great way to get through the month. Used with yogurt, sprinkled over salad, add it to oatmeal after it’s cooked or just take a teaspoon and put it in your mouth and let it soak before swallowing it can relieve hunger.
