Possible counterfeit products I think this was a counterfeit product. The shampoo doesnât lather well and the conditioner leaves our hair dry and tangled. Weâve been using Biolage for years from the salon, but found the price much better here, so thought weâd give it a try. This doesnât even smell the same.Went back to the salon and purchased a double pack and itâs the real deal.Kudos to Amazon for giving us a full refund. My review is for the Colorlast shampoo and conditioner.
It wasn’t broken so why change it? I don’t know why they changed this, but the new formula does not suds up well and leaves a residue that is impossible to rinse out. I have used the original formula for years because it cleaned my hair and did not rinse out the color. This new formula just does not clean as well and makes my scalp itch!
Horrible Product and Service Biolage has changed their formula and it’s awful! I’m so disappointed cause I used to rave about this brand to everyone. My hairdresser used to laugh at me for bringing my bottles with me to appointments but I loved how it made my hair feel and since I have a lot of hair it was one of the only brands to help me get a brush through it when it was wet. I want to return this horrible product and even though it’s prime eligible and fulfilled by Amazon I would have to pay $15 to send it back! Awful…
