Customer Video Review Length:: 0:47 Mins This is the 3rd microphone Iâve gotten for my daughter who loves to do ASMR videos. And i guess the 3rd time really is a charm. The first two I bought I returned, one had a tin of static and the other one had crazy feedback. You can hear how clear it is in the video my daughter did where she is whispering into the microphone. I was a bit worried it wouldnât work with her iPhone XR because we had to use a lightning-to-3.5mm headphone adapter to connect it but she has no issues at all and it didnât affect the quality of the sound. She loved that the cord was extra long so she could move around and that she could also clip it to her shirt and not have to hold it. She has been using it since Christmas and so far sheâs had no issues.
Great Sound Quality But Could Have Been Better If Also Had Standard Connectors
Customer Video Review Length:: 0:46 Mins I wanted a second lavalier mic to carry around with my iPhone X and when I came across this mic which was specifically designed for iPhone I decided to give it a try. I have to say, at the time, I did not really do research to check that it only has the lightning connector on it and while that is nice if you only plan to use it with Apple products, given the fact that it is priced higher than some other options, it would have been nice if there was the option to also use it with regular 3.5 mm input devices (e.g. if there were some adapters provided with it). Having said this, I am very happy with the sound quality (watch and listen to my clip to judge for yourself) and it is excellent for my use case of using it with my iPhone X.
Used as a mic for recording wedding audio Decided to get this to help improve potential audio for when making wedding videos and just tried it out. Depending on the location and tech equipment involved I have sometimes reverted to having my iPhone being in a pocket on either the officiant or the groom in addition to other mics I’ll have in the audience and then do some mixing in post edit. Decided to get this to help improve that audio. Now I’m not missing any missed words especially when placed on the groom (in case bride and groom are having their own moment or sharing vows privately to each other) and can include that for them.
