  1. MS Partner completely frustrated. A customer asked us to install Office 2013 on a new laptop. They had hired a new employee and originally wanted to downgrade Office 2016 to match their other workstations. In the past we had been allowed to downgrade the product, but we called Microsoft to discover that option is not offered with this version.
