Good product from awful refurbisher Completely useless, the screen shuts off every couple seconds, keyboard and track pad does not work half the time. Please buy from another company. It is worth the extra money. You will be dissatisfied. Will be returning.I added a star because of the good customer service that I received.
Great For a Windows Device, but…. Loved the screen on the device and the overall aesthetics. No serious problems with performance though Chrome would stutter every now and then. They keyboard travels a bit too much for my liking as I prefer chiclet style and would end up missing keystrokes. Windows Hello is a dream to use – making sign-in SO much faster. I don’t understand why Apple doesn’t employ this on their Macbooks since they already have facial recognition on iPhones. They’ll probably save that for the “next big upgrade”…
