Awsome Bought this to replace original faucet we installed when building the house 8 years ago. It was a couple hundred more than the exact one without the motion sense but we had cheaped out when building the house so we thought we would do it right this time. Beautiful but Defective Product – Bad Customer Service I will start by saying, I think I would really love this faucet. It’s beautiful and looks like it would be a great addition to our new home. HOWEVER – I purchased this faucet and the AC Adapter that was suggested with it and when our plumbers tried to install it, they couldn’t get it to work. Since installing plumbing fixtures is one of the last things to go in before a new construction project is complete and you can move in, we ended up moving into our home with no working kitchen faucet…
Good faucet, but a couple things you should know We’ve had this faucet installed for about a month and overall I’d call it a good faucet. The motion sensors seem to work well. There are actually two sensors. There is one on the back of the goose neck that turns it on whenever you have something in front it, and then turns off when that object moves out of range of the sensor.
