MAX CRISP

DEHYDRATE

Make crisp and tender chips from apples and pears, mangos, pineapple, sweet potatoes, kale and spinach, bananas, and beets. Because of the quiet fan setting, you can dehydrate foods overnight while you sleep.

AIR ROAST

Roasting is a dry-heat cooking method that uses very high heat. Air fryer–roasted food is tender and juicy on the inside, with a caramelized crisp and browned crust outside.

BAKE

With the Bake function, the air fryer becomes an efficient convection oven. Baked goods cook in less time because the hot air circulates all around the food and creates a crisp, brown crust and tender interior.

REHEAT

Put cold leftovers into the basket, press Reheat, and, in just a few minutes, your crisp air-fried foods will be just as mouthwatering and tasty as they were when they were fresh.

SAMPLE RECIPE: Fried Chicken and Waffles

PREP TIME: 10 MINUTE / COOK TIME: 30 MINUTES / SERVES 4 / 400°F, THEN 360°F / AIR FRY

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken and garlic powder and season with your preferred chicken seasoning. Toss to coat.

2. Transfer the chicken to a resealable plastic bag and add the flour. Seal the bag and shake it to coat the chicken thoroughly.

3. Insert the crisper plate into the basket and the basket into the unit. Preheat the unit by selecting AIR FRY, setting the temperature to 400°F, and setting the time to 3 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin.

4. Once the unit is preheated, spray the crisper plate with cooking oil. Using tongs, transfer the chicken from the bag to the basket. Spray them with cooking oil.

5. Select AIR FRY, set the temperature to 400°F, and set the time to 20 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin.

6. Remove and shake the basket every 5 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.

7. When the cooking is complete, remove the cooked chicken from the basket; cover to keep warm.

8. Rinse the basket and crisper plate. Insert them back into the unit.

9. Select AIR FRY, set the temperature to 360°F, and set the time to 3 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin.

10. Once the unit is preheated, spray the crisper plate with cooking spray. Working in batches, place the frozen waffles into the basket. Spray the waffles with cooking oil.

11. Select AIR FRY, set the temperature to 360°F, and set the time to 6 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin.

12. Repeat steps 10 and 11 with the remaining waffles and serve with the chicken and a touch of maple syrup.
