Not bad, not great. Colors dull in comparison. Not in original box The photographed is much brighter, with vibrant colors. Although it is cute, and cam beathed with other ornaments, it isn’t worth the price. The size is approx 3-3 2/3″ and I could have purchased a collectable peice that is handmade in Europe or elsewhere, which wouldn’t have such an apparent difference from what is shown. A Christmas Ornament to Remember I saw this ornament last year and it stopped me dead in my tracks. My husband is 1 of 7 children and his father passed away about 2 years ago. When his children were all grown and had their own families, he made them each a Christmas Centerpiece out of Birchwood that looks so much like this ornament itâs uncanny. I started saving my money and bought all of his siblings, him, and his mother one. They are gorgeous and I cannot wait to give them to all of them this Christmas.
Much better in person, and expected. Its well made. The glitter (unlike many other ornaments) does not fall or stick to your hand, which is a good thing if you’ve dealt with poorly crafted ones, that sell for more than they’re worth. It has a tag, with the bottom price portion torn off, and a stamped metal symbol with the initials OWC. No box, but it was appropriately secured and wrapped.
