What I mean by that is, the face mask is not malleable enough to touch enough surface area of your skin. Great Concept, Bad Design The extra handheld ice/heat pack is a nice addition. For the most part it works and the mask maintains a decent temperature for about 10 minutes. The most annoying thing about the mask is the straps. The top straps are kind of secure, but they go right above your ear and if you take it off too quickly, you can give your ears a paper cut.
