The reviews reporting that amazon is selling a fake oroduct concerned me so I went to the Purology website to get more information. According to Purology themselves, Amazon is an authorized distributor and the product is guaranteed to be authentic.
FAKE product I’ve loved using this conditioner and it always leaves my hair feeling silky smooth. When I ran out I decided to order the conditioner again. Unfortunately, this time I was sent a FAKE bottle of conditioner. It left my hair feeling dry and damaged. The color of the bottle I received was more pink than the previous conditioner bottle. The spacing on the lettering on the front of the bottle was different than the original conditioner I used. I am extremely disappointed and advise you NOT to order…
DO NOT BUY. BEWARE. I have been using Pureology for many many years. I received this conditioner today and the bottle is not purple like it has been for years. Also, the product inside this bottle has a texture of a hand lotion not a hair conditioner. I took this to my hair salon and compared it to the Pureology in the salon. NOT EVEN CLOSE.
