Quickbooks RIP OFF, Worst Version EVER, DO NOT BUY, YOU WILL LOSE DATA I have been using Quickbooks Premier 2016 with no problems. However, Quickbooks is discontinuing payroll on 2016, thus FORCING an upgrade.Unfortunately, the upgrade is so full of bugs as to be unusable. The employee and payroll data have completely disappeared. I have a similar problem as the first reviewer The CD came in an envelope, no box, with no license or product code. An email contained this information but the link to download the software does not work. Luckily, I did not need it. I have not been to my client yet to test the codes provided in the email. I will update this review after I install the product at the customer’s location. Every other time I have purchased QuickBooks in the past, the codes are included in the box.
