  1. Received a product that’s been used I’m so disappointed! I paid the full price and received an obviously used grinder. The inside is dirty. I’m very dissatisfied with my purchase and returning it.

It is a cheap grinder…and thats what you get… Im not sure how this grinder received good reviews?… I bought it because it had good reviews…If this was your first grinder I can see how one might think it is a good way to grind beans, but you get what you pay for and this thing does not cost very much…The top lid fits loosely and seems clumsy…The lid is not easy to grip and remove due to the curved design…The start button does not line up half the time…The cord winding area is hard to use and not a good design…The beans don’t…

  3. Inconsistent chop When I opened this grinder, a screw immediately fell out. I can’t tell where. That should be a warning sign. I carried on though in case it well out of an attached baggy that was wrapped up in the plastic. I noticed that there’s no way to remove the cup. It’s permanently attached to the device. I already hated that because it will make cleaning a pain. I added the beans and waited. I left it going for a minute while standing there and it still hasn’t chopped the beans to any consistency.
