They Are What They Appear To Be. Durable is a quality when reviewing glass? Okay I feel they are durable provided you don’t drop them. Like other glass objects, they break. They are a bit heavier than they look, they are glass after all, not plastic. And I gave them as gifts to two friends whose tree I helped to decorate, so they are giftable, yes. I swear by icicles and don’t see most trees as finished without them, but then again, I also sourced and bought good old fashioned metal tinsel so I may be a bit touched.
Very well packaged. Bought this set to combine with some very old glass icicle ornaments I had and they complimented it perfectly. Each piece was individually wrapped in a foam ‘sleeve’ with their like sizes. Good weight, none broken and looked perfect on our new blue and silver icicle tree. May even get another set next year to really make the tree stand out.
