Stopped working in 3 months…***Please read the Surprised Update*** The fan stopped working, I only used it 1-2 times a week, small amounts for one. It has only been 3 months. Very sad. This is a surprised update…Just got an E-mail from the seller, and they are sending me a replacement…A REPLACEMENT!! This seller is the best, I loved my Air Fryer and I do not blame them for a rare failure, parts do fail, but the speed and care that the are showing a customer is amazing. I recommend them to everyone, this is just amazing, I wrote this review yesterday and they responded in less than 18 hrs. If only all Sellers cared this much. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, and again Thank you.
Worth the price … to me For the price, I am impressed. Is it perfect? No (more on that below), but pretty great.I’ve reheated restaurant steak fries and cooked homemade chicken fingers so far, and I was pleased with both.I hate throwing away food. When we eat out, I ALWAYS have leftovers; at a typical casual place, I probably bring home, on average, about a third of my food … including lots of fries. Unfortunately, reheated fries (indeed, reheated fried things generally) are merely edible … never good. The first thing I cooked was left-over steak fries from a national chain. The machine achieved what a standard oven and a microwave are unable to: reheated fries that are crisp outside and hot and tasty inside … and no mush … at all. (The fries didn’t stay great for long — I had at best 10 good minutes to enjoy them; but I suspect that’s not a shortcoming of the machine, but a fact of life of the chemistry and physics of a twice-cooked potato product. I’m not holding…
FOUND MY SOULMATE! I have finally found my soulmate! I’ll be totally honest, I WAS very skeptical that this would and could do what it claimed. I now find myself using it for EVERYTHING! I have turned my nose up to the oven (though I do use the stove for some prep) and my attention to the Secura Hot ‘n Crispy. I’ve had this bad boy in my home for about 2 weeks now and have seen what it can do! I have made stir fry, falafel, quiche, hot wings, steak, hot dogs, french fries, etc. It has seriously cut down my cook time and the amount of time that an oven would be on.I truly thought this would be another clunky device that would be high maintenance and hard to clean.WRONG! I have yet needed to submerge this in soap and water. The basket, so far, has only needed a wiping out. I did however, line the catch basket with aluminum to save clean up time. I do have other appliances that fit in this (I.E. shallow pan and mini cake dish) that I use to catch grease as well as putting things like stir fry…
