Great turned up on its back side, when used for small items FINALLY! I finally found a great storage idea for my essential oils – AND it actually fits inside my tiny cabinet! But you see, I’m not using it as it was intended… I turned it up on its back end, and placed the bottles on the risers between the shelves. This works perfectly! Now I don’t have a sea of bottles all over the cabinet, wasting all that vertical space. Plus, it leaves room in front for misc items.
i wanted to love it, but was left disappointed. i bought this to upgrade from my cheap, white plastic tiered spice rack. the wood is nice quality. however, the 1/4 inch thickness of the wood leaves any spice jars that are placed on the crease to sit unevenly. Additionally, there is space between the bottom of the rack and the cabinet due to the edging on the wood. Also, the insert tends to slant inward once extended. Lastly, i was charged $5 for the return… my fault for not checking the return policy before purchase. anyway, i’ll stick with my cheap plastic rack, that has lasted over 20 years!… i guess the adage don’t try to fix something that isn’t broken applies here 😉
Just the thing I needed to organize my dinosaur of a kitchen cabinet My kitchen cabinet (circa when the dinosaurs roamed the earth), was getting way too full. Since purchasing this wonderful expandable spice rack, now all of my spices get to shine, like the stars they are. Sadly, some still get covered up by their more popular and talented counterparts, but now they are all organized the way they should be.This is a sturdy, well made stand. Even when expanded completely, the wood is extremely solid and strong, and can hold just about anything you may want to put on it. Not just spices, but it can hold peanut butter & mason jars, as well as a full can of pasta sauce. I am very happy with my purchase.
