I love it! This is my first robot vacuum, and the first couple times I ran it, I thought it was drunk. It had no pattern at all and randomly ran over the carpet. Then when I went to dock it, it could not find the dock. It kept circling the room. Fast forward a few days, and it learned the layout of our house. Cleans as well as my Roomba 600 series with more features. The Shark ION Cleaning System comes with a very good robot vacuum that also includes an excellent hand vacuum. For the most part it’s an excellent system, but each vacuum has a quirk that keeps it from being 5 StarsFirst, Shark’s latest robot vacuum cleans very well. Would be 1 star if not for the hand vac I was curious about this. I’ve used robot vacs from Anker, Samsung, Neato, and another I can’t recall the manufacturer of anymore. I’ve had five now I’ve used, two I kept, and the rest I passed to my mom. All do poorly with SOME feature. None have been outstanding across the board. As far as simply vacuuming well, the Neato has been most consistent, but it was the “connected” version and it NEVER connected and never worked right online or with the app. I could only ever use it for years…
