Appearance: Off-white liquid paste, faint odor.
Properties: Gives a matte & quite water proof finish. This LMLB goes on as a thin layer, and is quite water proof, it dries to a very matte finish. It also contains titanium dioxide that give a bit more coverage and works better for achieving pastel shades. Customize by adding colorants, preferable d&c reds in liquid form and micas. 100% vegan.
Use: Mix with our liquid red colorants, add colored mica for variation, blend well & transfer to vials using a syringe. Product is NOT suitable for use with a lipstick mold. Usage level: around 90-98%. Off-white liquid paste, faint odor. External use only. Application: Liquid lipsticks. Storage: cool or room temperature, keep from freezing, protect from light & humidity. 3.5oz/100g of the base gives about 17-22 lipstick vials.
