Order came wrong. Newtral tone doesnât cover well medium dark circles. I ordered the Fair and received the Neutral which is not bad for most but not for my fair eyelidâs skin with low to medium strength dark circles. I gave it a try but it did not concealed them as well as other brands.It was not worthy to start the exchange process as I used it. I gave it to my mother.
