It made a great graduation gift It made a great graduation gift. The one complaint I have is that there is a 200. limit which is ridiculous because most trips cost more than two hundred dollars. There was no way to buy two cards even if I went thru Southwest. I finally had to send a check for the rest of the amount. I am surprised that Amazon and Southwest would miss an opportunity to make more money by allowing a larger denomination.
Easy to purchase and easy to use I received a $500 amazon gift card for Christmas. I took that Amazon gift card, and purchased $500 of Southwest Airlines gift cards from Amazon (two at $200 each, and one for $100.00) This Helped me to pay for my upcoming vacation in April. Your giftcards are already activated when they arrive from Amazon. When I received the cards from Amazon, I immediately logged on to Southwest and bought my plane ticket. I just set them aside if there’s a quick or spontaneous trip I want to take. You can combine up to 4 Southwest cards on any given ticket purchase (one way or round trip), so it’s a convenient strategy for me.
