BAND on BANDS on BANDs!! YES FINALLY!! I have been looking for bands like these for while to add to my lifting program! Using these bands have added additional resistance to each exercise, and it allows me to hit twice as many muscles with each movement! I can’t wait to use these with my clients and see results! Great for Hips and Butt These Mini-Loop bands work great for hip and butt exercises. Since I started performing these missing link exercises my knee, and hip pain is more manageable. The quality seems great and have held up well with my training.
Good resistance bands, not sure about quality I like that this is a set of four and comes in a nice little bag, although usually I just bring one or two to the gym. They are a little wider than I would’ve liked, but not a big deal. The weirdest thing is that all the writing on my blue band has come off except for the little symbol that says ‘heavy’. It doesn’t really effect me in any way, but I don’t think these are the best quality since this happened after only a few weeks of having them.
