Buyer beware – we received a fake. The item that we received was not a genuine Swarovski. We received a counterfeit which was noticeable by several key indicators. The packaging was not the correct shade of blue. It was significantly darker and the paper was of a different texture. The font was also of a different width and the labeling on the back was incorrect as well and did not state made in Austria. They ormanenent itself did not sparkle as much as the usually do.
BUYER BEWARE! Fake?!?!? I have purchased these snowflakes for many years now. As soon as I received this package I realized something is wrong. The box was different, bigger and somewhat flimsy, the logo is not the same, and inside was just foam instead of the molded insert. The snowflake itself was covered in small stains as if someone had sneezed on it. The last clue was the ribbon which just lay, unattached and untied in the box.
