Decent monoculars… not night vision. These are decent monoculars. The lenses provide a sharp clear view and the rotating focus wheel is conveniently placed and turns smoothly. They are not night vision lenses (as the description implies), so if that’s what you’re looking for, these are not going to do. But, for the money, and what they are, they do a pretty good job.
Up scope I bought this for a couple of upcoming cruises to watch scenery from the balcony of our ship. I have been frustrated trying to use binoculars and thought that a monocular might be easier to use. I have used it at home and can watch birds at a good distance with decent clarity. Like anything you have to consider the price when evaluating the quality. This is no stargazer’s telescope and its no hunters spotting scope. But for casual use to bring scenery closer for inspection, it does the job…
Cheaply made junk. Came apart in a non-fixable manner. A poorly made piece of junk. (as opposed to well-made piece of junk) The smaller focusing knob came off in my hand, with no effort on my part. Looking at the remains, it looks like a fracture break. The flimsy paper-thin box may have played a part. Amazon didn’t help, by putting it in a thin bubble envelope – no box needed apparently.Instructions enclosed are written in pure Chinglish. It’s quite a chore trying to make sense of it.
