Left out half of the 59 National Parks entirely If the first thing that comes to your mind when you see the words “The National Parks” is the Channel Islands or White Sands, New Mexico, then this is the book for you. The author filled an inordinate number of pages with pix of those two locations. I was hoping that this book would provide at least one photo of each of the 59 National Parks, but half of them were totally snubbed. I thought the pictures chosen for some parks were unusual choices – for instance, none of the pictures…
Great book! We purchased this as a guest book for our wedding. There are white spaces on some of the pages for guests to leave a message and the photos were beautiful. The book is very durable and well made. I was nervous when purchasing but very glad we did!
