With primary metal build and quality plastic latches I feel comfortable using this item. It is very versatile as to what applications it can be used in. It holds my S9 phone without any issues at all. I even placed my full size camera on it (as a tripod/monopod) and it holds up just fine. My camera is about 3-4 pounds with a lens. I love Ubeesize products and the prices are hard to beat! Thanks.P.S. Sorry for the background noise. Was washing cloths and running the dishwasher. Hope its not to bad.

This one looked sturdy and easy to use so I purchased it.I am happy to report that it works great. The remote pairs up with my Galaxy S10 plus easily. It allows you to start and stop recording or take a picture.As for the mount, it is very easy to adjust the height by unlocking and locking any of the 4 clips that lock each section. You can really get this to be any height you need it up to 54 inches. The sections, the base and the mount all feel sturdy. I have been able to use it several times since receiving it and it is perfect for my applications.
