Feels light on the skin This vitamin C serum is made in USA and is cruelty free. It doesnât have any sent or fragrance, feels very light on the skin. Other serums I got feel oily, but this one is so gentle, I donât feel it at all and doesnât make me break out. I also got the eye cream from them.
