Replace the battery yourself! I’ve been using this product for about 2 years and have not had any annoying issues with the actual product. The water pick works great and so does the tooth brush. However, after 2 years of use the battery stopped holding a charge. I thought OK, just replace the battery and it will work again. LOVE that fresh out of the dentist chair feeling every day!! Big difference for my bad teeth and gums! I put off buying one of these things for so long thinking, “There’s NO WAY this actually works like manual flossing does!” My teeth are pretty crowded in my mouth and when food gets stuck in between teeth it can take some effort to get out, but my gums aren’t very healthy and I get a lot of cavities even though I brush and floss regularly, plus I’m not a teenager anymore (34 y/o female), so I thought maybe it was finally time to be a grown up and see what all the waterpik fuss is about…
Don’t buy this if you expect to store the toothbrush on the charger……voids warranty. Toothbrush died. The reserve runs out too frequently and here is the bad news. The toothbrush holder cannot be used as a toothbrush holder as it is a charger. IF YOU PUT THE TOOTHBRUSH ON THE HOLDER EVERY NIGHT, the toothbrush over charges and it dies, then they will not allow the warranty, because THE Instructions say that you cannot leave the toothbrush in the holder, that it is only for charging. That is a bad feature.
