So pleased to have found these again. I purchased this set years and years ago… 70,s?I was tired of processed, packaged food and wanted to learn to cook real food.These were a supermarket deal.. 1 book a week or something like that.Over the years and many moves… they were lost and I have missed them.So glad to have them back… the internet seems to have the same few recipes over and over at different sites.These are great reference for food and preparation.
Excellent Encyclopedia on Cookery This is an excellent cookbook set. It was printed in the early 1960s and more than 50 years later it is still a strong reference on cookery.
