Xylimelts are a godsend for me. XyliMelts are a godsend for me, I had stage 4 tounge cancer.Chemo and Radiation destroyed my salivary glands amongst other things. The corners of my mouth are no longer dry cracked and bleeding, I don’t wake up with my tongue stuck to the roof of my mouth anymore, it has help with my tooth sensitivity and I can speak somewhat normally in the morning without having to take a drink of water. It Really Works! I have to admit, all the great reviews aside, I had my doubts. My dry mouth is due to an autoimmune condition and will never go away.
