I WISH I could give this a 5 star review! BECAUSE…The mattress is SO comfortable, and we love it…..I bought a 12″ Queen for my boyfriend for Christmas. Upon opening it, we smelled a strong mildew smell. We let it rise fully, for 2 days, once it had fully risen we took the cover off of the mattress and washed it. DO NOT UNZIP MATTRESS COVER!!!! DO NOT UNZIP THE MATTRESS COVER!!! We really enjoyed this mattress for the first year and a half. Our son had an accident on the mattress so we tried to clean it without removing the mattress cover but couldnât get the stain out. We regrettably then decided to remove the outer cover and unleashed a invisible fiberglass storm into our house. We have spent thousands of dollars trying remediate this disaster. So far so good. ****Updated Review after a month or more of use I ordered this item on 1-27-2018 it arrived on 1-29-2018 with my prime membership. I opened and laid it out on top of a guest room bed to inflate. In 4 hours it appeared to be fully inflated. However packing info says wait 24-48 hours before using to allow proper time to inflate. I did however break down and climb on to see how it feels.
