Spider-Man fans released snippets of the trailer across social media on Tuesday. “This is all about community,” Holland said.
WASHINGTON — Ahead of the full trailer release for “Spider-Man: Brand New Day,” star Tom Holland teased the trailer by celebrating the fans.
The fourth movie with Holland playing the superhero web-slinger will release in theaters this summer. On Tuesday, fans got a taste of what to expect as snippets of the “Brand New Day” trailer were dropped across social media.
“It goes without saying that we have had so much love and support since day one of making these movies, and without that incredible community, there would be no Spider-Man,” Holland said in a video on his Instagram account. “So to show you our appreciation, we are doing something that has never been done before.
“Follow along as a brand new day starts across the world, and some of our greatest fans are going to help us release pieces of our new trailer,” Holland said.
He finished by saying, “I will see you tomorrow morning, bright and early in New York City. I’m passing it over to the fans. This is all about community. It’s all about being together. So let’s go.”
The “Brand New Day” cast also includes Zendaya — who also stars in “Dune: Part Three,” which dropped its first trailer on Tuesday — Jon Bernthal, Mark Ruffalo, Sadie Sink and Jacob Batalon.
“Spider-Man: Brand New Day” opens in theaters on July 31, 2026. The full trailer for the Sony Pictures movie is expected to be released on Wednesday.
