How is mixed team aerials scored?
The freestyle skiing competition of mixed team aerials is a technical jumping competition.
Skiers race speed down a track with a large jump that launches them into the air, where they are expected to perform a trick. Athletes are judged based on their technical execution during that trick, according to FIS.
Three athletes make up a team, with at least one man and one woman in the competing group.
Scores are judged by three main components: air, form and landing.
