Here’s who performed with Bad Bunny in the Super Bowl halftime show

SANTA CLARA, Calif. — Bad Bunny brought the Latin beat and a couple of surprise performers to the stage during his Super Bowl halftime show Sunday.

The Latin star, whose full name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, performed for millions of viewers for a full 13 minutes. The performance contained many nods to his Puerto Rican heritage and had everything from a wedding to appearances from popular Latin celebrities dancing along to his music.

He was joined in the performance by Lady Gaga, who performed a version of her hit “Die With a Smile” with a Latin twist. She and Bad Bunny also danced together to “BAILE INoLVIDABLE.”

Later on, Bad Bunny’s fellow Puerto Rican singer Ricky Martin joined the performance to sing “Lo Que Pasó a Hawaii,” (“What Happened to Hawaii”), a rallying cry for Puerto Rico’s autonomy.

The performance also included cameos from big names including Cardi B, Pedro Pascal, Jessica Alba, Karol G, Young Miko and Alix Earle.

Bad Bunny opened the performance to “Tití Me Preguntó” off his album “Un Verano Sin Ti.” He also sang “Yo Perreo Sola” while on a roof, and “EOO” while on top of a pickup truck. He also performed songs like “NUEVAYoL” and “BAILE INoLVIDABLE” off his Grammy-winning album “Debí Tirar Más Fotos.” He worked to fit  a 10-year career into the 13-minute performance. 

At one point, he addressed the camera head on and, in Spanish, encouraged people to believe in themselves and thanked those who believed in him. 

He gave a child one of his Grammys while the child watched his Grammy winning speech on a television.

The halftime show performance comes just a week after Ocasio added another three Grammys to his collection — including winning album of the year for “Debí Tirar Más Fotos.” It was the first time a Spanish-language album has taken home the top prize.
