Captain America as a Pop-Tart? That’s what happens in one of the toaster pastry brand’s re-creations of teasers for the next “Avengers” movie.
WASHINGTON D.C., DC — The Pop-Tarts Bowl has confirmed that the “People’s National Championship” will return in December by re-creating “Avengers: Doomsday” teasers staring – you guessed it – Pop-Tarts.
The four teasers dropped on Pop-Tarts Bowl social media accounts on Monday night featuring Pop-Tarts in the roles of Captain America, Thor and other Marvel Cinematic Universe characters.
The first teaser released for the new “Avengers” movie confirmed the return of Chris Evans as Captain America. The re-creation shows a Pop-Tart mascot park a motorcycle and walk into a house, and ends with the mascot polishing a football-shaped toaster.
“The Pop-Tarts Bowl will return,” says text on a black screen to music reminiscent of the “Avengers” theme.
The Pop-Tarts Bowl social media accounts followed this with three more teasers with mascots filling the roles of Thor, the X-Men, Black Panther.

This will be the third year that the Pop-Tarts Bowl will go by that name. The first in 2023 went viral for the antics of the Pop-Tarts mascots, one of which was lowered into a giant toaster.
“Avengers: Doomsday” will release in theaters on Dec. 18, 2026.
