Doesn’t Last, Costly and Difficult to Replace or Repair Under Warranty The motor stopped working after 8 months of light use. It has an 18 month warranty, but the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling. It has been difficult to reach the company with the number they provided to request warranty repair or replacement. I will update this review and let you know if my experience improves. The product worked well until it died.
Works Great! They say if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. Well, in this case, it was broke, but it lasted eight years! So, we had to replace it and why not go with the same unit when we had such great success using it to grind our daily coffee?! Works, but produces a fine powder in every grind setting. I wanted to get a burr grinder to make cold brew coffee. I needed coarse grounds. This grinder produces the coarse grounds well, but it also seems to pulverize some coffee into a fine powder no matter what the coarseness is set to.
