UPDATE: FRAUD!! ”SELLING REFURBISHED AS NEW” BROKE AFTER 3 WEEKS VERY SLOW AND I CANNOT FIND A MEMORY UPGRADE FOR IT.EDIT: AFTER 3 WEEKS OF USE, THE RIGHT SIDE HINGE IS LIFTING UP FROM THE BOTTOM. I CAN PUSH IT BACK DOWN BUT IT KEEPS HAPPENING EVERY TIME I OPEN IT. SAME THING HAPPENED TO A LENOVO I BOUGHT EARLIER THIS YEAR AND THE THING COULD NOT BE FIXED. Can not connect to 5GHZ internet connections Bought this computer and was surprised that I could not connect to the internet at 5GHZ. If I would have known that, I would not have bought it.
Disappointing Product This unit failed after one week. I called the service line provided for assistance and I was told it would cost me $49.00. I returned the unit for a full refund and am very dissatisfied.
