Broke after two weeks of normal use *UPDATE* I want to give this 5 stars, because I *really* liked using it for the two weeks I had it before the small head broke off while I was cleaning it with a damp cloth as was described on this listing. Item arrived on the 21st of November and broke on the 7th of December. I did not drop it, I did nothing out of the ordinary, yet sure as stars, it broke during simple light cleaning after use on face. I paid $11.99 for this item and it is now listed for $13.99. I want to give this product a second chance as I understand that mistakes can happen during production, but I want to be able to do an even trade and should not have to pay more for a product that already broke once. I am not seeing a way to contact SUIBOBO, but will see what I can get done after talking with an Amazon rep after writing this review. I guess until I know more, buyer be aware that this can happen. I will also note that I like enough that I am still using the end that didnât break, but I paid for a fully functioning…
Nice Quality product Iâm not sure if this is doing any wonders on my face yet but, I love to use it. It feels nice and cool on my face. Beautifully designed and packaging was nice. Would buy again.
Great value. Research how to use these rollers Gift for my wife. She loves it. Says it works great to get rid of bags and soothe her skin. She keeps it in the fridge for a better soothing effect. The larger roller fell off once and I gently bent the arms inward to hold roller in place. Haven’t had another problem.
